Medical Assistants (MAs)

Programs:
- Medical Assistant Bootcamp: A six-week accelerated training program at Lincoln Technical Academy/Lodi Adult School designed to prepare participants for certification through the California Certifying Board for Medical Assistants (CCMBA).
- MA Worker Incentives Program: In partnership with select local employers, this program offers retention bonuses, certification stipends, and other incentives to support Medical Assistants in their careers.
- MA Program Expansion: Ongoing efforts to expand training capacity and meet growing workforce demand.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Certified Nursing Assistants are essential caregivers in long-term care and rehabilitation settings, providing daily support to patients and serving as important liaisons between patients and nursing staff. Many CNAs use this role as a stepping stone toward advanced nursing careers.
Programs:
- San Joaquin Delta College CNA Program Expansion: Strengthening clinical training through partnerships with Skilled Nursing Facilities and Adult Schools to better prepare students for success.
- CNA Programs at Stockton and Lodi Adult Schools: Community-based programs supporting entry into healthcare careers.
