Joins HealthForce Partners as Clinical/Field Supervisor for the Behavioral Health Workforce Partnership, bringing over two decades of experience in clinical social work, case management, and healthcare leadership. Valerie most recently served as Case Management Department Manager at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial and Dameron Hospitals, where she oversaw care coordination and supported multidisciplinary teams across two campuses.
Prior to that, Valerie held leadership roles at Lodi Memorial Hospital, including Director of Case Management and Lead Social Worker. She provided clinical supervision for Associate Social Workers, led initiatives in readmission prevention, and managed complex discharge planning. With a strong commitment to mentorship and high-quality patient care, Valerie has supported the professional development of emerging behavioral health professionals throughout her career.
A licensed clinical social worker with a Master’s in Social Work, Valerie brings a deep understanding of both systems-level operations and compassionate, client-centered care to her new role.
