San Joaquin County Director
Kristin Shinn joins HealthForce Partners as the San Joaquin County Director with 28 years of combined experience in healthcare operations and public education. Previously, she managed day-to-day operations across multiple ambulatory clinics, overseeing clinical staff, physicians, and process improvements. Known for her strategic approach and strong local connections, Kristin has also consulted on workflow redesign for local medical offices.
Most recently, Kristin served as a credentialed Medical Assistant instructor with Lodi Unified School District, where she prepared students for healthcare careers, managed externship placements, and mentored new teachers. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, a California Teaching Credential, and certification as a BLS/CPR instructor, Kristin brings invaluable experience and leadership to advancing healthcare pathways in the Northern San Joaquin Valley.
