Kelly Colby joins HealthForce Partners as Executive Assistant and Operations Manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience in executive support, operations, and talent acquisition. She has worked across sectors, from fast-growing startups to global firms, supporting senior leaders and driving operational excellence.
Kelly most recently served as a Talent Partner at Burke+Co and, prior to that, led recruitment strategy for Egon Zehnder across 12 U.S. offices. Her background also includes roles at Waymo and Skillz, where she built and managed high-performing administrative teams and led cross-functional initiatives to improve collaboration and efficiency at the executive level.
With a strong track record in workforce planning, process improvement, and employee experience, Kelly brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to her role at HealthForce Partners.
