2020 Community Health Forum
On October 13, Community Health Leadership and NAACP Stockton Branch hosted the 20th Annual Community Health Leadership Forum. This year’s theme was “We Are Better Together: Dismantling Structural Racism and Health inequities.”
HFP was able to participate in the planning committee of the event. Our team helped provide technical/logical assistance, and the graphic and marketing material for the forum.
This year’s forum was hosted virtually and we had attendants from all over the country. The forum had guest speakers from healthcare, academia, business, and social services to lend their diverse perspectives. Some of the topics and discussions included: how to use anti-racism as a tool for community and healing, identifying health inequities, and what resources and tools are available to support the work in dismantling racism.
