Program Director
Jose R. Serrano was born and raised in Stockton, California. Jose is a Franklin High School, Delta College, and Sacramento State University graduate. After graduating from Sacramento State, he decided to come back to his hometown and dedicate his career to serving his community.
Jose is extremely excited to be at HealthForce Partners as the Program Manager to contribute meaningfully to our community health efforts. As a proud Stocktonian, Jose is grateful to be working in this community and being part of an organization that is committed to making a difference. As a member of the team, Jose looks forward to building meaningful relationships with local organizations and community leaders and making an effort to ensure our community is thriving.
A native of the Central Valley, Jose earned his A.A. in Social and Behavioral Sciences from San Joaquin Delta College and B.A. in Sociology from California State University, Sacramento. Jose and his family reside in Stockton.
